Big vs Small

My inspiration for this project came from finding out the true size of animals from all over the planet. My response was a three part typographic poster collection that shows the relative and extreme size of animals, both big and small, from all over the planet. Dividing the animal kingdom into three ecosystems of Land, Sea and Air to give you a true understanding of the vast range in size between the biggest and smallest creatures on planet earth. From the smallest Wasp to the largest Whale, these posters aim to educate and awe you. The point size of each typographic animal is relative to the other animal they are sharing the page with. For example, on the By Air poster the Parasitic Wasp (6pt) is 20 times smaller than the Hummingbird (120pt).
